At a stone's throw from the hotel, hidden above a (real) launderette on rue Boulanger, near République, the Lavomatic presents itself as a speakeasy, a concept that appeared during the prohibition in America. Indeed, in the 1920s and 1930s, some businesses hid a bar at the back of their room, where one took refuge to party, in perfect illegality. Largely gone, the idea begins to seduce, even if the papers of these new counters are in order.
Bright and bright, small but well appointed, the Lavomatic is comfortable. Two pretty swings await you at the bottom, do not hesitate to settle there and let you rock while sipping your drink. Side card, cocktails are the conso flagship, but a selection of alcohols and classic soft is also available.
The setting of this pretty place will liven up your rainy evenings with its pretty colors and scented creations. There is no doubt that this address will soon be the one where it is good to wash with friends.
